Staircase Build Process

We get it right first time because we take extra care

Whether you have us visit you on site to measure up, or it is a new build and everything is on CAD, you can be sure every detail will be scrutinised. It is amazing how many times we have picked up a seemingly innocent omission, only to discover something which, if left unresolved, would incur significant cost later.

1. The survey makes sure everything is considered to give you the best solution

Your staircase survey makes sure everything is considered to give you the best solution for your project requirement and budget, providing a staircase with presence, proportion and style. Due to the complexity of staircases we have a dedicated team of surveyors with many years experience within the staircase industry. Once on site we will advise you what will or will not work in accordance with Part K of the building regulations and, if your staircase does not comply with the current regulations, we will wherever possible re-design your staircase to meet all current regulations.

2. Designs to incorporate the highest degree of style, giving your staircase the 'WOW' factor.

Every project is unique, even if you are a house builder with several developments the same, each could have a dramatically different feel created by the staircase. Our design team draw upon a wealth of experience in staircase manufacture to ensure that your requirements are fulfilled with every staircase being individually designed using the latest CAD techniques. The widest choice of styles available with an extensive selection of newel posts, spindles, glass, caps, and handrails to enhance your staircase and create the look you desire. With an ever growing portfolio of staircase designs, our designers can provide you with drawings and, where required, style concept.

3. The manufacturing process combines the latest technology with skills and experience.

This gives you the very best combination of quality, value and finish. It is also the reason behind why our staircases fit together first time everytime. How do we know? Because every single one is dry assembled in our workshop before it is dispatched. The staircase components are then carefully packaged for delivery to site.

4. Transportation, because it needs to arrive undamaged and be unloaded with care.

Delivery is controlled through our very own fleet of modern commercial vehicles, ensuring that the utmost care is taken to protect your valuable investment. Our central location and easy access to major arterial routes means that quick, reliable delivery is the norm and not the exception.
